Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for Apex.Journal paid plans (Pro and Elite), operated by CAP-BUCKS CAPITAL TRADERS. It applies to payments made through our payment processor, Razorpay.
1. Free trial
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are charged for a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that charge. Email hello@apexjournal.in from your registered email address with your account details and we will process the refund — no questions asked.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s Subscription settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
4. After the 7-day window
Beyond the 7-day window, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, since you retain access for that period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. We may make exceptions at our discretion for genuine billing errors or duplicate charges.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Plan changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
