Shipping & Exchange Policy

Apex.Journal is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by CAP-BUCKS CAPITAL TRADERS. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. This policy explains how access to our service is delivered and what applies in place of a traditional shipping or exchange policy.
1. Nature of the service
Apex.Journal provides an online trading journal and analytics platform accessed entirely over the internet. There is no physical product, packaging, courier, or postal shipment involved in any purchase.
2. Delivery of access
Access to paid features (Pro and Elite plans) is delivered electronically and activated automatically as soon as your payment is successfully processed through our payment processor, Razorpay. In almost all cases this is immediate. You can begin using the paid features straight away by signing in to your account.
3. If access is not activated
If your payment succeeds but your plan is not activated within a few minutes, email hello@apexjournal.in from your registered email address (or message us on WhatsApp) with your payment details, and we will activate your access manually as quickly as possible.
4. Exchanges and returns
Because Apex.Journal is a digital service with no physical goods, there is nothing to return or physically exchange. If you wish to switch plans, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account’s Subscription settings. Requests for refunds are governed entirely by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
